Password protect your Wordpress blog

I was looking for a way to create a wordpress blog which would be accessible only to authenticated users and found this useful plugin to the rescue.

It’s very simple to install and works perfectly. The user management is still done through the wordpress admin page. The plugin integrates with the user management panel and allows only valid users to view your blog.

Installation

The plugin installs like any other wordpress plugin. Here are the instructions -

1. Upload ac_authenticator.php to your wp-content/plugins directory.
2. Log in to WordPress.
3. Click Plugins from the main menu.
4. Scroll to find the name of the plugin - Angsuman’s Authenticated WordPress Plugin, and click Activate.
